摘要：

The single Chinese character is picked-up by using the way of preprocessing. The feature of the handwriting image is gotten by the multi-channel Gabor filter. The system is realized by the software of MATLAB2006a and VS.net2005. The arithmetic is programmed in MATLAB, and then the program is transformed to a groupware which can be used by .net, and VB.net makes use of the groupware. The system of writer identification based on the structure of B/S is realized, and the UI and database is made by ASP.net and SQL Server.
