摘要：

Information system of Chinese enterprises operation and maintenance widespread the problem of weak management. This paper adopts design ideas based on ITIL, and it is designed that the information system operation and maintenance problems with the management of abstraction and classification, to design a set of ITIL-based operation and maintenance of information technology management platform model. Through the platform technology architecture and functional structure of the design and description, as well as the detailed analysis of the implementation model program, it is a reference for operation and maintenance for enterprise information technology system management platform implementation.
