This article, using Pierre Bourdieu's Cultural Capital Theory, through the investigation of the rural-to-urban migrant workers' children who are studying in junior high school, in Xiamen city of Fujian province, aims at summarizing and analyzing their current education condition by quantitative analysis. This article mainly deals with the specific form, objective form, and institutional form of cultural capital as well as the habitus of the migrant workers' children. Finally, this paper reveals that cultural capital owned by migrant workers' children is not correspondence with mainstream cultural capital in the school educational field; they have difficulties in generating and accumulating adequate cultural capital; and also there are big discrepancies between public school and private school, moving across provinces type and moving across countries type, in terms of education condition.
