摘要
The accelerated transformation of contemporary society has brought new challenges mainly involving human relations and the full right to exercise citizenship. Therefore, it is essential to discuss and insert Human Rights Education in the pedagogical practice, considering the great cultural diversity, social policy among the subjects. Faced with these new demands, this article, of a theoretical nature accompanied by an experience report, aims to bring a narrative in the perspective of the action of Teaching Supervisors in the training of School and Community Mediator Teachers (PMEC) who work in schools Sao Paulo state network, in particular, in the Board of Education Guarulhos Norte, in the city of Guarulhos, and seeks to reflect on how Education in Human Rights permeates the school reality. We conclude that training in Human Rights must aim at human transformation towards a new identity, which truly contributes to the full exercise of citizenship, in a fair, democratic way, favoring human dignity in all social and cultural spheres.
