摘要
The scope of the study is to bring relevant analysis about impact and quality of e-Learning technologies using case studies at Constanta Maritime University Data collected contain information about the implementation of the courses, before and after e-Learning approach. E-Learning is by its nature a multidisciplinary subject and consequently, very complex. The use of e-Learning methodologies is becoming an important resource in Higher Education. Our work is based on our university datasets collected during last seven years using several e-learning systems. Also the similar datasets was provided by other European Universities. Using a considerable amount of data, this study aims to identify a potential trend of result alterations of learning outcomes and to demonstrate the vital importance of the implementation of e-Learning in Higher Education. This paper intends to address the problem of measuring the impact of e-Learning in Maritime Education, through the analysis of learning outcomes. This is one of the few mass-scale studies about e-Learning results and future trends in different learning environments. Based on large datasets the stud, tries to make several comparisons between e-Learning systems outcomes across European Universities involved in maritime education field.
