摘要
This paper rationally and scientifically approaches the operating system of international logistics in way of re-dividing it into appropriate sub-systems and tries much as possible to complete the operating system for international logistics. Each sub-system is newly out looked and key sub-systems are laid stresses on to expand against the new situation of international economy and trade. It helps establish or reconstruct the international logistics operating system towards supply chain service type. Lots of references try to define international logistics system, but in a traditional and conservative mode. They are much in common with the methods to describe such a system, almost by means of simple adding of foreign trading sections on the surface to international transport and concerned procedures. Some of them are even pretty shallow. In fact this so-called operating system of international logistics consists of the following appropriate sub-systems and the crucial activities in key sections should be further concretely and industrially concluded, too.
