摘要
A 103.2 (25.8 x 4)-Gb/s optical link using a 1.3-mu m lens-integrated surface-emitting laser array was demonstrated. A power penalty after 2-km transmission was small (<1dB) at 25 degrees C. Moreover, error-free transmission up to 70 degrees C was achieved. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
