摘要：

Safety risk assessment to air traffic management system is an effective measure that insures safety operating of air traffic management system. In this assessment, there were lots of fuzzy factors affecting the safety of air traffic management system, and the fuzzy theory was introduced to assess the safety risk of the air traffic management system. An assessment index system of air traffic management system safety risk assessment was established. A model of safety risk assessment to air traffic management system based on fuzzy comprehensive theory was also set up. An example was given to show the application of the method. The result shows that this method is rational and pragmatic in safety risk assessment of air traffic management system.
