摘要
The paper presents the results of a research on the safety climate level in companies located on the territory of Poland. The companies were chosen so that they differ in terms of their industry, size and the structure of their employees. The results of the research suggest that there is influence of society's culture on shaping of the safety climate level in a workplace. The analysis of the results identities weak areas in a company which in turn allows to undertake appropriate corrective actions regarding a given area and worker group.
