摘要
The benchmarking is an ongoing process of measuring and improving products, services and practices against the best that can be identified worldwide. (Codling, 1995). But the concepts have as one of its central ingredients, the concept of the internal business process. The crucial internal processes of the business need to be identified, and these measurement points have to be established. In this paper, the process of Functional Benchmarking (FB) is used for the comparisons in processes and process performance that have to be made externally, as well as internally, and process improvements and redesign need to be taken into consideration for the final decision.
