Evaluation of the Quality Service Criterions of Public Transport

摘要
The contribution describes the method that evaluates the quality service criterions of public transport in Slovak Republic. The method is designed in accord with the list of criterions for the quality of public passenger transport services from the customer's perspective, which is published in Slovak technical standard STN EN 13816. As the customers do not recognize the quality in such detailed scope as is stated in the list there are selected only certain criterions, which include all eight levels of quality that are listed. The proposed method was applied to public transport in Zilina town in a manner of survey and the results are presented in a matrix of SWOT analysis.
