Measuring system of the level of oilcan based on balance principle

摘要
At present, a new method based on balance principle is proposed to measure the oil level of oilcan storing high viscosity oil. Analysis and experiments on spot show: the influence of temperature and time on system's precision is weakened efficiently, and the demand on non-linear error of weight sensor used in system is very low. So the cost of system can be decreased obviously. Liquid clinging on plumb can hardly influence the measuring precision; general measuring error of the liquid level is less than 1.5mm. The method proposed can be used to measure other liquids with high viscosity.
