Using perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to predict acceptance of the World Wide Web

摘要：
The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) behavioural constructs of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were tested for predicting user acceptance of the World Wide Web (Web). The results indicate a poor fit for the model until the introduction an additional construct, computer self-efficacy. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
