摘要
The current period of development of a market economy in Russia is characterized by a stage of modernization, among which factors are called the transition to an innovative way of development, the increase of scientific and technical potential and investment attractiveness. The latter, in particular, is possible in the case of pursuing state policy aimed at creating favorable conditions for investment activities, protecting the domestic market, increasing the competitiveness of domestic products, and making the most efficient and rational use of vacant territories. The article, based on the example of the south of the Tyumen region, carried out a study that examines the process of creating zones of priority development with the help of the state, namely, how socio-economic growth is achieved and the effective use of the territories, located in these zones.
