摘要：
This paper introduces the NDF (Non-Deliverable Forward) trading principles and operational characteristics, analyzes the processes and characteristics of Chinese commercial banks RMB NDF business utilizing their overseas branches, and discusses the advantages of this business model. Further, in combination with the commercial banks' compliance risk managing requirements, we demonstrate the RMB NDF business compliance risks among Chinese commercial banks using risk classification methods and provide a number of solutions and arrive at the conclusions.
