摘要
Based on OpenFOAM, the large eddy simulation of the reaction flow field of Cambridge Stratified Swirl Burner under different swirl intensity was carried out. The finite rate model PaSR was used for combustion simulation, and the two-step reaction mechanism was optimized based on the simplified rate parameters of GRI-Mech3.0. The results show that the simulation results can accurately predict the average axial velocity and the average circumferential velocity distribution. The swirl intensity has important effects on the reaction flow field. With the increase of swirl intensity, the position of the backflow zone behind the bluff body moves away from the bluff body, and the turbulence of the flame front of instantaneous temperature increases. The large-scale coherent structure near the shear layer was shown by Q-criterion. It is found that the position of vortex breaking moves towards the blunt body with the increase of swirl intensity.
