摘要
In this article is analyzed the Russian military plan of 1905-1912 years for the Afghan border: This plan was developed after the conclusion of the Anglo-Russian agreement of 1907 that established the new relationships between the Great Powers. But it assumed that the British and the Afghan border. The author of this article focuses on the major provisions of the plan and explains why it turned out to be non-existent when the First World War began and the British and the Russians made as allies. This article for the first time in the historiography considers the development and analysis of Russia s strategic plan for Afghan border on the eve of the First World War.
