摘要
This paper aims to study the need for village spatial and tabular databases based on village neighborhood and territory association (RT / RW) and the role of them in data development and rejuvenation. It will support proper and improve interventions in development programs, public services, and village government administration. Community participation is expected to support the improvement of RT / RW maps and monitoring the implementation of programs and administration of the village government. The research was carried out through the study of regulations relating to village tasks and functions, empowerment and community welfare programs, availability of data, and information technology that can be utilized, particularly Geographic Information System (GIS) and electronic databases. The study consisted of the stages of digitizing building ownership using satellite imagery data, field surveys of ownership verification, compilation of geospatial databases (joining attribute tables with spatial), and the development of GIS dashboards.
