In order to study the genetic dimension of ten barley genotypes, ISSR technology based on PCR technology and 11 primers was used. ISSR parameters were used to assess the genetic divergence between the genotypes. 10 of the primers produced 104 bundles with an average of 10.4 bundles for the primer. Number of polymorphism segments ranged between 14 for the primer UBC772 and 4 for the primer B38 with a molecular weight ranged between 200-2100 bp, total number and percentages of differentiated cuts were 83 and 79.8%, respectively, highest percentage of differentiated cuts was 100% for the primer UBC746, and the primer B38 showed the lowest percentage of 40%, depending on the kinship tree for analysis cluster, which divided the genotypes of barley into two groups, as well as into secondary groups, analysis of aggregates in which the genotypes were compared within the linkage scheme showed that the genotypes BKL88-38 (G7) and BKL88-319 (G9) gave a genetic divergence with the rest of genotypes that was diversity genetically with the Bhooth-10 (G2) genotype, reaching the highest genetic dimension of 0.932 between Arevat (G6) and (G8) BKL88-346, and 0.911 between Bhooth-10 (G2) with BKL88319 (G9), while the lowest genetic dimension was between genotype Bhooth-1 (G1) and genotype Arevat ( G6) and amounted to 0.170. Results indicated that ISSR parameters are highly efficient in diagnosing purity and genetic divergence between barley genotypes.
