摘要
Resource shortage, environment pollution and ecological damage have been bottleneck of constraining economic development. The party's "eleventh Five-Year Plan" clearly states: By 2010, the units GDP energy consumption lower 20% and 10% in emissions of major pollutants than in 2005. Research on decoupling of economic growth and energy consumption helps to build a resource-conserving society, and change the mode of economic growth. The paper studies the relation between energy consumption and economic growth using decoupling theory, based on decoupling index. It analyzed historical data in 1990-2007 samples, we can come to conclude that some times they are absolute decoupling condition, and some times they are comparative decoupling condition in one stage.
