摘要
In this paper a conceptual model is developed that aims to enable organisations to transform into competitive digital organisations. The research identifies that digital organisations have six dimensions, each of which is comprised of a set of capabilities which were validated through semi-structured interviews with subject matter experts. The requirements of the model are based on the latest research about digital transformations, which was expanded by qualitative research based on semi-structured interviews with subject matter experts. These requirements are categorised into different phases, each of which has key inputs and outputs that aid organisations to increase the digital capabilities of the six digital dimensions. The model offers organisations a diversified assessment toolset which provides them with a value equation for each digital dimension to support value-adding, organisational-specific digital transformation initiatives.
