Superficial white toenail onychomycosis due to Fusarium oxysporum - A case reported and review of the literature

摘要：
We report the case of a 35-year-old woman with a superficial white onychomycosis by Fusarium oxysporum in the fourth toenail, confirmed by direct KOH microscopy and cultures. The treatment with external application of tioconazole was effective. We review the taxonomy, and prevalence in literature of onychomycosis by F. oxysporum was made.
