摘要
Routing has been a very interesting topic in operations research for many times. It has been drawn many applications such as garbage collection, seed distribution in agriculture and task sequencing in academic articles. In literature, routing problem can be seen as a mathematical modeling issue but this point of view ignored dynamic situation of routing optimization. In this paper, it is aimed to determine the most effective route by a simulation and transportation model for vehicle routing and supply chain planning in a general point of view. For this reason, first a transportation model is structured for minimizing costs and capacity constraints for balancing supply and demands, and then a simulation model is considered to calculate the efficiency of this route. A hybrid model is developed for dynamic observations of agglomerations and bottlenecks on the system and utilizing the resources in a maximum way.
