摘要
Assessing the investment attractiveness of the territory is an important and non-trivial task for modern cities. The development of urban areas and their attractiveness for citizens depends, inter alia, on the variety of services presented on the territory. At the same time, modern cities face new challenges to their development, such as the expansion of territories, the loss of their original destination by territories, a change in the form of interaction between citizens and the city, and the change in the needs of citizens. In such conditions, new approaches to the assessment of the territory are required to identify places with potential for development The article presents an approach to assessing the investment attractiveness of urban areas by the example of the problem of choosing the location of grocery stores. The authors examined the factors of investment attractiveness and proposed an algorithm for assessing territories based on data from open sources on the Internet using the example of St. Petersburg.
