摘要
The goods can be separated according to different materials by the automatic sorting system, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost etc., and PLC has the advantages of complete functions, versatility, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, etc. The application of Siemens PLC in material sorting control system is introduced in this paper. Composition, control principle, control flow and control program were emphatically described, it meets the actual production requirements. The field experience shows the design of the system is reasonable, stable and reliable, and high automation.
