摘要
Raising farmers' marginal propensity to consume is the key to expand rural consumption, and it also can make the potential consumption capacity into practical action. The empirical study on the marginal propensity to consume of different income level farmers shows that the rural middle income households and the upper middle income households are the backbone of expanding rural consumption, and living, transportation, communications, household appliances and services, health care are hot spots to expand rural consumption recently.
