摘要：
The major task of knowledge management is to recognize, acquire, store and apply the knowledge, which is associated with the improvement of competition ability of enterprises. This paper points out the importance of knowledge sharing in knowledge management. Then it also discusses how to improve the degree of knowledge sharing from the four aspects of building up information base systems, corporation culture, incentive systems and internal organization structure. Finally, the Summary is given.
