摘要
This study explores the consistency of coastal labor relations win-win atmosphere and opposition atmosphere from the perspective of resource exchange. Using bootstrapping and response surface analysis and through a multisource questionnaire survey of 511 skilled workers in 16 coastal cities in China, the following was found: compared with consistent "low opposition-low win-win situation'' labor relations atmosphere, "high opposition-high win-win'' labor relations atmosphere can promote the work input of employees; Compared with the inconsistency between "high opposition-low win-win'' labor relations atmosphere, the inconsistency between ``low opposition-high win-win'' labor relations atmosphere can more promote employee work engagement. Overall, in the four matching situations, the low opposition-high win-win inconsistency can increase the employees' work input; the emotional commitment plays a partial intermediary role in the consistency of labor relations atmosphere and work input. The research results reveal the matching effect of the consistency of labor relations atmosphere on the work input, and the link of the role of emotional commitment in the above mechanism.
