摘要：

The functional equation f(x)g(y) = p(x + y)q(x/y) is investigated for almost all (x, y) is an element of R-+(2) and for the measurable functions f, g, p, q : R+ -> R+. This equation is related to the Lukacs characterization of gamma distribution.
