摘要：
[ We have studied the combine impact on CO2 emissions from economic growth and foreign direct investment (FDI) in China for years 2009 to 2012. In order to depict the effects of Economic Growth and FDI on the CO2 emissions, based on the spatial correlation of CO2 emissions, we construct the spatial lag model and spatial error model, and we add the square items of explain variables to test the impact whether meet the "U" shape. The results indicate the economic growth impact on CO2 emissions support invert "U" shaped relationship, but the FDI impact is inverse, which meet the "U" shaped.
