摘要
The industrial relations system was first put forward by John Dunlop in the 1960s. With the social and economic development, people today are more willing to call industrial relations as employment relations. The employment relations include not only the conflicts and strikes but also employee involvement, management styles and collective bargaining. Today's human resource management in essence also refers to the management on employment relations, i.e., the relationship between management and employees. This paper explains the concept of industrial relations, analyzes the industrial relations system, and discusses the application of the system in China.
