Case study of fire risk management of tourist hotels

Tourist hotels are part of service industry, thus fire safety issues are particularly important. Due to the complexity of the hotel's construction, most of the tourists are not familiar with the environment. In case of fire it would be hard for them to evacuate the building. Therefore, this study collects and organizes documents, regulations and cases. By applying risk management this study summarizes the key items of the fire safety risk assessment application are: Whether fire evacuation facilities have been blocked and major risk items must be examined daily.
