Fault Diagnosis and Isolation Process of Gas Turbine based on Fault Dependency Relationship Model

摘要
Fault diagnosis and isolation technology become the key part to guarantee a complex system running normally, such as marine gas turbine. This paper firstly defines fault dependency type and fault dependency relationship graph. Then the notion of fault dependency relationship matrix is given. Addressed to three different fault dependency types, we give the methods how to construct above matrix model and describe the algorithm to identify the relative faults. Based on these, we apply above model and algorithm to LM2500 marine gas turbine in the process of fault diagnosis and isolation. Then the conceptual architecture and fault tree is described. The implemented system interface is given applying above methods.
