摘要：

The quality education is the trend of reformation and development of higher education, is the key of higher education and is the core of the construction of campus culture. As the important position of carrying out quality education of college students, the special position and condition of university library inevitably has an irreplaceable status in the quality education of college students. By strengthening its educational function and making full use of own advantages and conditions, university library can play an important role in quality education of college students.
