摘要：
On the basis of the characteristics of logistics enterprise, this paper discusses the performance evaluation index system based on SCOR, which include plan, inventory, deliver and client service. Then the paper applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to obtain the weight of the index system based on the judgments of managers in Yuan Cheng Group. The performance evaluation value in 2006 and 2007 is obtained.
