摘要
In today's world where we are exposed to digitality, it is a fact that the system which created habitat of social media has a calculating rationale realizes several options and attracts to itself users. Social networks, in digital and virtual environment allows to users share instantly photo,video, audio, information, news, etc. and other users in the same location simultaneous access to their shares. Here, the individual who is a social media user involves in virtual activity with membership in this area, in fact, reconstructs himself as a digital and virtual entity in the time spends here. So, during the time spent in virtual media the individual becomes to have virtual existence and settles in a digital and virtual ontological basis with presence in this media. This study tries to glance at the situation of individual in which has become a virtual entity in social media based on Martin Heidegger's thoughts on the existence. In addition to this, this study focuses on the virtual existence of a user in social media networks.
