摘要
The aim of this study was to assess, from the simulated user's perception, the access, treatment, and care in adolescent-friendly health services in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. For this, a qualitative assessment was developed that used observation, the simulated user technique, 2 reflection groups and 18 semi-structured interviews, the analysis of the information was carried out with the grounded theory technique supported by the Atlas.ti software, the work was carried out in Health Centers that had friendly service during 2019. A huge gap was found between what is proposed by the Comprehensive Care Model for Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and reality, due to multiple barriers that limit accessibility, treatment and care, which is why most of the of the services were evaluated with deficient due to the administrative procedures, the lack of empathy to work with adolescents, the weak management of information about the body and sexuality, as well as the mistreatment received. It is concluded that the friendliness of health services for adolescents is a principle that has not been introjected by health professionals.
