Fuzzy decision method of part machining suitable degree in automation manufacturing system

摘要
With Regard to the demand of part selection in the automation manufacturing system, an automatic parts selection method based on fuzzy decision theory is presented. The factors related to part machining are analyzed and constructing mathematics model with these characteristic parameters. Then the machining suitable degree of the selecting parts relative to an automation manufacturing system based on fuzzy decision theory is calculated. The more great measurement value is, the more suitable parts to an automation manufacturing system are. The method feasibility is validated in process of automatic selection parts through applying an sample.
