COMMUNICATION IN PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC SERVICES FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The objective of the national campaign designed by us (within a collective of specialists) is the prevention, preparation and information of the population in order to satisfy the public interest regarding the management of emergency situations. We identified the target groups and the adequate messages, we prepared the tactical activities plan for the campaign, estimated the impact reported to the pre-calculated budget, we established evaluation and monitoring methods. The campaign has been designed in the context of HG 548/iun. 2008. The conclusions allow us to appreciate the strategically conceived campaign can develop among population an adequate behavior for emergency situations in the sense of skill to prevent and correct reaction to hazards.
