摘要：
This dissertation makes quantitative analyses on relationship between real estate investment and regional economic growth in Shanxi using methods such as cointegration test and Granger causality test. The results indicate that: There is a long-run equilibrium relationship between real estate investment and economic growth in Shanxi; When lag phase is 2 years, the increase in real estate investment is Granger cause of economic growth. Conclusions and corresponding policy recommendations provide a scientific basis for decision-making about coordinated development of real estate industry and regional economic in Shanxi Province.
