摘要：
The Federal Reserve has been taking a series of aggressive and unprecedented actions to increase liquidity and improve the functioning of financial markets. This paper analyze these actions and their effects in short-term. Research on how to exit the unusual monetary policy when the economic becomes normal is essential, in this paper we show a framework and tools about how to exit.
