摘要
In order to obtain the temperature distribution inside the cable of large-section single-core high-voltage land power cable under air laying, the finite element modeling and solving are carried out. According to the actual laying conditions, the models of the free section and the clamping section of the cable are established respectively. The current carrying capacity of the 220kV high-voltage cable is obtained as 3000A. The transient temperature finite element models of the free segment and the clamping segment under the cyclic load are established too. The electrothermal distribution and time-varying curve of the conductor and the insulation layer are obtained from the models. The results show that when the conductor of the cable reaches 90 degrees C, the conductor temperature of the clamping section is slightly lower than the free section 6 degrees C. Under the cyclic load, the change trend between the cable temperature and the load current are almost same. The fluctuation of the temperature curve is relatively flatand is slightly delayed than the current. This paper can provide theoretical basis and data reference for the current carrying capacity calculation and actual operation and maintenance of large-section land power cables.
