The core content of American financial regulatory system reform that U. S. Treasury Department supposes is to create a more integrated and systematic regulatory system to match the requirement of financial development. In this paper, we analyze the occurring of the subprime mortgage crisis, explore the major aims of the U. S. financial regulatory system reform, and offer the experience for China.
