摘要
Affective computing is an important research topic in intelligent computing, and emotion recognition is one of its hot topics. Emotion recognition is usually studied based on facial and audio information with such technologies as ANN, fuzzy set, SVM, HMM, etc. In this paper, an audiovisual emotion recognition system based on rough set theory is developed, which take both facial and audio features as input data. Our simulation experiment results show that rough set theory is effective in emotion recognition, and a high recognition rate is resulted. Rough set theory is also proved to be efficient for selecting facial and audio features for emotion recognition.
