摘要：
The activity of the three proteins Ca ATPase, Na/Ca Exchange, and Na/K ATPase are explained and their relation is investigated. 1. Mg relieves the load at the Ca pump (Ca ATPase) by competition of Ca 2. The relation of pump to exchange mechanisms shifts towards the exchange mechanism 3. under physiological conditions, Mg increses the concentration of MgATP and stabilizes the Na pump. 4. At high Mg concentrations the Ca competitions predominates and the Na/K exchange is activated 5. Under Mg the ATP consumption decreases from 11.5 mmol towards 2.5 mmol at 12 mmol/l Mg.
