摘要
Management ethics is an art, a daily challenge. Staff development, justice and fairness are three of the important values that the healthcare setting should use. The purpose of this article is to set out the vision on the ethics of the health framework in palliative care. It was influenced by the research work that I conducted on the ethics of the health framework in the management of a care team in palliative care services, considering the particular aspect of these care services. Its purpose is to describe the managerial role and its specificities in the services where death is encountered. The phenomenon is discussed from the perspective of professional values, professional standards, ethics and professional ethics. The research revolves around a central theme, which is based on the means that health managers put in place to have an optimal relationship with the healthcare team so that they can give the best possible care to patients. To do this, the survey was conducted using interviews with health managers in palliative care. It turns out that the ethics used by the latter in the management of their teams help them in carrying out their missions with their teams, but also in the ideal care of patients. Ethical management is the concern of the other, in our case the caregivers who are under our responsibility. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
