摘要：
Longyan grape is a special grape variety cultivated in China. The Great wall wine Co., Ltd. Developed the Great wall dry white wine which make use of Longyan has high quality not only in sensory, aroma but also in whole quality, and it make up a large ratio in the market, furthermore it was be exported to more than 20 countries and regions. The relationship between characteristics of ShaCheng production area and Longyan dry white wine was stated in this paper.
