Remote Online Voting Systemusing Aneka Platform

摘要
In a democracy like ours where electing the public representative is a fundamental birth right of every citizen, may not be possible for a citizen if he/she is out of city or not keeping good health or deputed on some government assignments or not able to cast his/her vote on the specified voting day in his/her constituency. To overcome this problem we initiate the development of a windows application named 'Remote Online Voting System (ROVS)' which is developed for casting of votes remotely. It is an electronic voting system that allows the users to cast their votes from any part of the world. The application is deployed on Cloud using services provided by Aneka, a Cloud Application Development Platform, which provides security to the system data and makes the ROVS data available worldwide.
