摘要
In order to find out higher reactivity catalyst for removal of NH3 in hot coal gas, 12 candidate ammonia decomposition catalysts have been studied. It has been found that Ni-2 and Ni-3 show higher reactivity and the maximum conversion is about 94%. Life test for Ni-3 has been examined, after 100 hrs tests, its reactivity has no obvious change. Because Ni-3 is a commercial catalyst with the characteristics of higher reactivity and anti-sulfur property, it is recommended as an one of the most effective catalysts for ammonia catalytic decomposition.
