Leadership management and values in education

This research was carried out in the Luis Rogelio Gonzalez Educational Unit of the city of Azogues, province of Canar, country Educator, with morning and night conferences. The descriptive, analytical-synthetic process and the triangulation of the theoretical information with the real data and the criteria of the researchers were used, using the tools of surveys, questionnaires and interviews; with the application of these tools to managers, teachers, parents and students, with the results it was clearly determined that the educational institution does not have a strategic plan, which is one of the main processes for internal management, as well as there, are no ongoing training projects aimed at managers and teachers; and, the little or no importance on the values in the students of this institution.
